2a. 2 min rest and put results on whiteboard
3. 6 min stretch
3a. 2 min to cheer up the next class
Main features:
- Simple and clean design with no fancy-schmancy visual effects, very easy to set up
- Multiple timer sections: easily add, remove timer sections (workouts or rest) or reorder them
- See the time of each section and the overall time when you set the timer
- 5 seconds beep signals before the start of the workout and when the rest period finishes
- Pause and resume simply by tapping the screen
- Works even when the app is not in foreground (no sound signals however)
